THESE CEMENT-COATED XPS OVERLAY BOARDS PROVIDE A LOW-PROFILE SOLUTION FOR WATER UNDERFLOOR HEATING INSTALLATIONS WHERE FLOOR BUILD-UP HEIGHT IS LIMITED. SUITABLE FOR BOTH NEW-BUILD AND RENOVATION PROJECTS, THEY COMBINE HIGH-PERFORMANCE INSULATION AND PIPE SUPPORT IN A SINGLE PANEL FOR FAST, EFFICIENT INSTALLATION OVER SOLID OR TIMBER SUBFLOORS.
MANUFACTURED FROM HIGH-DENSITY 300KPA XPS INSULATION WITH A REINFORCED 3MM CEMENT-COATED SURFACE, THE BOARDS ARE LIGHTWEIGHT, WATERPROOF, HIGHLY DURABLE, AND SUITABLE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF FLOOR FINISHES.

INSTALLATION
INSTALL OVER A CLEAN, LEVEL AND STRUCTURALLY SOUND SUBFLOOR USING A SUITABLE FLEXIBLE TILE ADHESIVE. LAY BOARDS IN A STAGGERED BRICK-BOND PATTERN. INTEGRATED STRAIGHT, RETURN AND CROSS CHANNELS ALLOW QUICK PIPE INSTALLATION.

FIX DIRECTLY TO THE CEMENT-COATED SURFACE USING A FLEXIBLE S2 TILE ADHESIVE. PRIME WHERE REQUIRED.
LAMINATE & ENGINEERED WOOD
INSTALL A BREATHABLE UNDERLAY BEFORE LAYING THE FLOOR FINISH. A FLOOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR IS RECOMMENDED TO PROTECT TIMBER FLOORING.
LVT, VINYL & CARPET
DO NOT INSTALL DIRECTLY ONTO THE BOARDS. PRIME THE SURFACE AND APPLY APPROXIMATELY 10MM OF FIBRE-REINFORCED SELF-LEVELLING COMPOUND BEFORE LAYING THE FLOOR FINISH.
FOR CARPET, THE COMBINED CARPET AND UNDERLAY RATING MUST NOT EXCEED 2.0 TOG.
MAXIMUM PIPE CIRCUIT LENGTH
FOR OPTIMUM SYSTEM PERFORMANCE, INDIVIDUAL PIPE CIRCUITS SHOULD NOT EXCEED 100 METRES.
